Indian cricket team failed once again due to their poor over all performance. The stars as usual didn’t deliver when it matters most! I think it is a blessing in disguise to other sports. After an year of injuries and layoff from the play last year Sania bounced back this year and her inform performance this summer in US prior to US open was superb. For the first time she was given a seed (26) in US open and the draw was relatively easier one until 3rd round and if she could overcome the 3rd round hurdle there is an outer chance that she might get a berth in the semi final. This was the expectations until first round of US open. In the first round she struggled a bit and won it after loosing a set.
